YOUR NEEDS
Your product is moderately stressed…
Copper alloys offer mechanical and physical properties which can cope with very high demands.
Their properties include: high resistance to wear and tear, corrosion, dezincification, creep, and suitability for polishing and chromium plating.
Pressure die casting allows the manufacture of simple parts as well as complex parts on which crimping, overmoulding and all kinds of assembly are possible.
An optimized material value
Inner surfaces of parts are generally 2 mm thick but can go down to 0.8 mm.
Pressure die casting is dedicated to minimum demands of 10,000 (ten thousand) parts per year to amortize specific investments.
In addition, pressure die casting can be of interest to the manufacture of parts in small quantities: in those specified cases, the manufactured part replaces the introduction of several assembled or welded parts, significantly reduces the mass and offers a precision that no other technology can offer.
